    • Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (evidence-based therapy) - Based on an underlying theoretical rationale, an individual’s mood and behavior is largely determined by the way he or she structures the world. Cognitive techniques are aimed at identifying and challenging an individual’s specific and learned irrational assumptions. The approach is designed to teach how an individual can recognize connections between cognition, affect and behavior then to substitute more reality–orientated interpretations for their biased thoughts.

Dispute resolution, using cognitive techniques, has proved a powerful tool in the management of interpersonal disputes. I can offer conflict resolution services, utilizing techniques which are similar to those used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
