Stress is normal – there is good stress, and bad stress. Either way, people experience it every day at home, at work, and anywhere in between. Stress can manifest in both physical and mental symptoms. To assist employees with managing stress, many corporations have begun to integrate wellness benefits through gym memberships, bodywork discounts, and even corporate meditation classes.

I would like to take a moment to introduce you to my offerings of stress relief techniques. They are gentle, and accessible to anyone, regardless of physical condition or disability. My work is based on the principle that physical sensations in your body are often reflective of what is happening in your mind.

Having spent 19 years in information management, I understand workplace stress. I have seen firsthand the effects of stress on employee production and its negative impact on professional development. I have also seen the positive effects of stress reduction techniques on teams and employees. It is a part of my professional mission to empower people to live fullyand sustain wellness as they balance personal, workplace, and family needs.

Stress workshops - I offer several group workshops that may be incorporated in your company’s wellness program. Workshops generally last one to one and a half hours, but times may vary based on your company's needs. No yoga or meditation experience is required.
